Built with Modern Technology
AudiScribe uses browser-based speech recognition (Web Speech API) for transcription, meaning your voice is processed directly in your browser—not sent to external servers.
For registered users, we use AWS S3 for encrypted cloud storage and PostgreSQL for metadata management.
The optional AI punctuation feature uses AbacusAI (GPT-4.1-mini) and costs approximately $0.0001-0.003 per use—a negligible cost we absorb to keep the service free.
